I so hate it when I'm having computer trouble. I want the DIS to be at my beck and call, whenever I choose!! My internet went out the other night and I was seriously panicking!!

Yes, I agree...last night even when my DS was adding software and had to shut down the system until he was done working...that really was annoying...and I had no real chance to tell anyone and bang, it is down...

Do you remember about 3 weeks ago or so...the whole DIS was down for like 4 hours....and I kept thinking it was ME and then it came back on and something with stormy weather...but it was so freaky to see NO POSTS from like 8pm-11pm that evening.

That's fun!! I like musicals but I haven't been to that many. I would love to see Wicked, but I live no where near Chicago or anything other place it's playing. It sounds so cute though!

How did your Maelstrom thread originate, horsey?

Gosh Beeb. It is a long story. Has to do with Zzubs last trip report, Mels first trip report and a bunch of OT conversation on the trippie board that upset the moderators. Quite a controversay! A bunch of us went looking for Hauntie when he thread got locked and well all became pals. Like your thread. People have come and gone. The line from Zzubs trippie that became a motto was.


Maelstrom.........is a fastpass!?!?!!!! So if something is good it is a fastpass, if not, well it's not a fastpass. Not sure it all translates, but we kept getting in trouble for being too rowdy....


MOm. I love OT. I had added in Les Mis stuff too to my post. Les Mis is my fav of all time....It's back on Broadway for 6 months. You are going to London in Dec and might see Phantom? Lucky you!!!!

YEs!! I remember that. I was thinking it was only me who was having trouble. I gave up and went to bed. But it came on again soon because the next day there were a whole bunch of pages that I had to catch up on.

Actually, now I dont even bother to catch up. So if you posted a message to me when I wasn't around, chances are, I never got it!!

Everyone going has already seen Phantom in NYC soooo we are now maybe possibly sort of kinda leaning towards LES MIZ...but omg...just awesome and so riveting and just amazing...the entire show...and ONLY 6 months for NYC with Les Miz..well between London/Paris...and a trip to Fla to see M&D...doubt I will fit it in BUT WOULD SO LOVE TO

Karen, you are so lucky to be going to London/Paris!! I have never been to Europe, but I have always wanted to. DH just doesn't care about places like that. He thinks there are too many cool places here in this country to visit. I sometimes wonder if I'll ever be able to get him to take me. Plus we're too poor!

Welllll, this is very difficult for me as I absolutely, no question about it, HATE to fly....I am doing this STRICTLY for my DS. He left me in June to study in Greece and then flew to Scotland and is at the University of Glasgow...he turns 21 on 12/30 and has BEGGED me to go over and party with him in London....

DH has been with my DS' many many times in Europe and in 25 years of marriage I RARELY get on a plane....I barely make it to WDW...

Went to Vegas because we had a layover in Chicago...I was able to get off the plane, regroup and get back on....

I am ALWAYS on the other Message Boards TAKING FLIGHT/FEAR OF FLYING...yup they have a message boards for that as well!!!

Those people are awesome and are working with me to get on that PLANE

NOPE, Bon, my whole LIFE....and it is not fun because I miss out on allot!

DH just spent three weeks touring all over Europe with DS before moving him into his Dorm at UG!!! I stayed home by myself AND if I had a nickel for EVERY TIME some asked WHY I did not go with DH...I would be a millionaire right now!!!

Oh, sorry Kar. I used to be that way, but I finally just made myself so I could go to WDW. Dh was really proud of me! I still had sooo much anxiety about it, until this last time. I finally was able to relax. It helped that those flights were less than 2 hours and direct, so only once there and once back.................

YUP, that is Boston/Orlando...just a little over 2 hours and I can handle that...but this flight is 6 hours over and 7 coming back....

I am so freakin nervous...BUT I also reallllly want to go....so I have an MD appt Nov 3rd to discuss my options....ahhh...please I will have all of you PRAYING for me on the DIS on the night I fly out....

I know, it is just so stupid but ugh....I need to get over this and every day I think about it and ESP when I look at my TICKER and that darn snowman keeps moving closer and closer to the DAY of DEPARTURE

But DH will be by my side and my two sisters are going as well. I am excited in that way...it is just the flying...for SIX HOURS, PAIGE...
