Okay. I still feel icky though. Since I don't like to eat or drink because it will make me throw up, I'm getting dehydrated, which makes me feel worse. It's not fun!

I don't have insurance until I've been at my job for 2 more months (I just started a few weeks ago); DH doesn't have it through his work yet either. We just moved here over the summer.

Yesterday I went to a clinic and had to pay $100 to see the doctor. She wanted to run some tests, but I can't afford all the out-of-pocket expenses involved. I can't have the tests done until after I get my insurance.

She said it was most likely either my gall bladder or an ulcer. I'm leaning more toward the gall bladder diagnosis, because I've had an ulcer and it felt different.

So I'm just playing the waiting game right now.

We had our hospital picnic today so the whole dept. went down as a group and had lunch together. It was nice.

That sounds fun! What do you do for the hospital?

My day was okay. I had to make 3 phonecalls to parents of misbehaving kids. but it wasn't all that terrible.

I have one of those titles that unless you work in healthcare you wouldn't really get. I am the credentialing manager for our health system.

I make sure that doctors that want to see patients at our hospital is qualified to do so. The process of checking a physician's background takes an average of three months.

thats exactly how I was. I didn;t get into it until just after book 5 came out. Then I swallowed all 5 at once. 6 when it ws released was finished within a week. Just couldn't put it down. I think we were the smart ones because we didn't have the agony of waiting for each and every book to come out

I hear ya Minty! I got hooked last summer. I read all 6 books in a week and a half. I almost did nothing but work and read. I kind of hate that I did that though, because I get everything all confused now.
