I love it when it is about 65-70. Perfect for me. I am so excited to have a real fall for the first time. With actual trees with leaves and stuff! Woo hoo!

Uh-oh, I am suddenly feeling very nauseous so I'm gonna sign off before I yak. (I had some split pea soup--Big mistake. Denise, remember we have to compare notes on Amazing Race tonight. Catch you girls later. :guilty:

:grouphug: Bonnie! Feel better!

Just sign on whenever you feel up to it. It doesn't have to be today to compare notes.

Take care! :wave2:

I hadnt even thougt about it yet. My DH is the cook in this hoiuse as he likes it and I dont. I do know that we have to go to Walmart to get food as our cupboards are looking pretty bare! Maybe we will eat cat food, they have plenty to share :lmao:

I understand that feeling. I do too because my DH is off work and we do stuff together.

Hi Sarah! What are you up to today?

I've been really busy with stuff at work, so I haven't been able to stop by.

Everything's good here. DH is loving his new job. I have my first storytime tonight. It's rainy here. Summer's over!

Really?! I thought I was the only one! I love the fall!

I'm hoping for a thunderstorm tonight. We have these huge windows in the children's section, so storms look so awesome!

What book are you reading for storytime, tonight?

I have the babies (0 to 24 mos) tonight so I only do one book (I usually do 3 or more with the older kids). We do action nursery rhymes. It's super fun. I'm going to add some other things to it too.

I always start my baby storytime's with Read to Your Bunny by Rosemary Wells. It puts out my mission of getting everyone to read to their babies. Of course the people who come here do it already usually.

How great that you do that! I would love to go volunteer in our local library and read to the kids. Is it a volunteer thing in your town?
