Hey Bon! How was your day? Mine went pretty well. I stayed very busy, though. I get off each afternoon around 3. What about you? When do you go for your blood test? (I made sure to catch up on some of the pages I missed.)

I apologize for cutting last night's Amazing Race chat short; there was a loud boom of thunder, and i wanted to shut my computer down before the storm.

So, what do you think of this season so far?

I'm really glad that those religious guys are gone. They were a little much for me...

Blood test is tomorrow at 11:45. My stomach is hurting SO BAD today. I threw up 3 times, but I think I have some serious stomach acid going on.

I think AR will be good this season. I like most of the people. Didn't care for the muslim guys, glad they're gone; I also don't care for the bickering couple, and like I said last night, the prosthetic-legged lady is a little tacky. So far I like everyone else.

OH, and I get off work at 4:00 each day. Wish I got off at 3:00! Lucky!

You poor thing! I hope everything works out.

I think the prosthetic-leg couple uses her disability to their advantage. If she was that bad off, she wouldn't sign up for AR, IMO.

I love it! (I had to do a little compromising to be able to get home that early, though.)

We gave her a list, but she is freaking out about the budget. So I guess she's still not getting us any. That place is LAME!

My plans for this weekend? I'm going to the big fat CRAFT FESTIVAL in Occaquan (nearby). I've been waiting for months for this event, I hear it's pretty good. So I hope I find some groovy stuff!

DD found out today that she has to participate in the History Fair this year. All I could think of was "Great, more added stress and things to worry about! Seems like it never ends.

I won't allow her to have a partner, though. It's too difficult to plan times to get together to work on it around everyone's busy schedules. (She also feels like she has to do everything to get it done right.)

Sounds like bunches of fun! We always go to craft fairs when they come to town, too. Ours isn't until a few months, though.
