I'm so glad its Friday! It has been such a long week. I'm glad the cleaning went by quickly. Do you think I can borrow your kids to help clean my apartment?

sounds like a good deal, but I already got rid of one house guest, I'm not up to another just yet!

So do you have any plans for tonight or this weekend?

relaxing. We'll have a big lunch at the nearby casino and then go to a coffee shop and read for a bit of the afternoon. I love doing that. Then we'll probably do some grocery shopping. Sunday I don't know what we're up to

Good Afternoon, Mad Chatters!

Who's here? (I didn't look at the previous posts.)

We just got back from DS's kindergarten orentation. It went really well. His teacher is an older woman, seems to be nice. She's not the frienliest thing in the world, though. Maybe I expect too much. (It was really hectic, so I can understand she was doing her best to communicate with all of the parents.) He has two friends that were in his preschool class. That's really good! DH and I are going to eat lunch with him on the first day. (Monday)

So, how's everyone's afternoon going?

Hi Denise! Glad to hear things went well at the orientation. I'm sure your DS feels more comfortable about jumping into the whole school thing. Its good that you and your DH are able to eat lunch with him the first day.

We must be scary peoples to keep scaring Cassi away like that..

Tomorrow we have to bring DS to a friend's party. Then, at 11:30 DD and I have a hair appointment. Sunday is church and prepping for school! (Tuesday is back to work for me. ) That will really limit my DISing time.

What about you?

we'll probably just go to a coffee shop and read most of the day Saturday and eat a big dinner out somewhere-maybe at the casino nearby. Or we'll do that for lunch. Then grocery shopping and stuff. Sunday is up in the air, but sleeping sounds like the perfect thing to do.

Sorry you have to go back to work! I'll miss chatting with you! Fall quarter here doesn't start until late september, so I still have a while before things really pick up

Sounds like fun! Yeah, I think after school and work start back, the DIS will really slow down a lot. I'll still post almost daily, though.
