Hey Minty! I'm still here. I tried to snooze but it didn't work.

I did hear about the sales tax free weekend. I'm worried it will be mighty crowded out there shopping though, and I'm not sure how much you could really save. I must be worth it though, cause it sure gets people excited!


I tried sticking up for someone (this is not a person I agree with at all, but seeing her get attacked on every thread gets old) but a couple people were not pleased with me.

Also, did you get your penpal? Michelle has them posted.

DH just told me he's working late tonight! So much for going out to dinner!

He's on a really lame project right now. I just emailed him a link to two architect jobs in the Walt Disney Company. Man, would that ever be cool!

Yipe! I just read that thread you posted on. Sounds like theres a lot of baggage associated with her and her 25 posts! I don't know the background, but I would feel kinda ashamed to tell the world that I think my friend isn't beautiful anymore. It kind of goes against the friend edict I think. But thats just me. I would never say that anyone should think the way I think. (that sounds like I'm a psychopath or something-sorry) To each his own and OP could truly just be looking for some advice with coping with her friend. Who knows? I don't presume to judge people I don't know.

I too think this would be best. After I posted that I read the teeth whitening thread where she thinks that only pretty people get rich. I think it is so sad to have so low of a self-image that she feels she has to change herself to make it in this world.

well tonight its me, a glass of wine, the laundry and Disney movies. I'm watching the trip planning video right now. I always tear up when they welcome me to the MK. Yeah I know I'm a dork.
tomorrow I may go to a DIS meet up in a suburb of CHicago with the Chicago area DISers. Disney Mommy Michelle is the organizer. SHould be cool. Its in a mall so its food then shopping. DBF will get home sometime tomorrow night. Sunday is up in the air completely. What about you?
