HOWDY CHATTERS!!!! I have a few pictures of our day in Disneyland...

The DL Train Depot!

Everything is now about the Birthday Celebrations at the LAND!

I actually rode the Matterhorn this time...not a big fan of roller coasters! This was not too bad at all!

Went to Storytellers Cafe for lunch! This restaurant is lovely!

Look who sat down next to us.....Kobe Bryant of the LA Lakers. I did NOT tell him I was from BOSTON!!!
The Celtics beat the Lakers for the Championship this year!!!

Love this ride in ToonTown! Not sure if it is in the World!

OK, what are all the CHATTERS weekend plans!!!

Excellent DL report KAR. I really want to get back to DL haven't been there since I was about 14 so that was about 15 years ago.

Hello all of you definitely mad but not so chattery people! Life tends to get in the way of DISing from time to time, doesn't it?

Loved the pics Kar! Oct was my first trip to DL, and I can't wait to go back. If only my bank account could somehow match my enthusiasm... I'd be making reservations now!

Hope you all are having a not too sucky Monday. Both of my kids are home with the flu. Nuff said! I've got chapped hands from Lysol-ing and de-germing the house. If I get sick before the meet next week...

Off to followed by a post office run. Shipping a box of hooch down to CBR so we can drink and not have to fork over our 1st born to the WDW bartenders!!!

Looks like fun!! I will be directing DH on what to pack for our trip to the World later in the week. He's not happy that I won't be able to carry any of the luggage. Maybe I'll be able to get him to pack a little lighter? We'll be celebrating his B-day while we're there....such fun!!

When do you leave, Kathi and where are you staying??? Details!!! Awesome it will be your DH's birthday as the World and the Land are celebrating BIRTHDAY's this whole year!!!!!!

Thanks, Squidster!!! DL is great! Granted not as big as the WORLD but whenever I need my Disney fix....I can just jump in the car and in 20 minutes I am there!

Nope, not anymore, though I am sure there are tons of college kids on there. Actually Squiddy and Utahmama convinced me to sign up. You should come check it out. I am loving it... and I am a virtual millionaire on there, does that count??

We leave early, early Thursday morning. We're staying at the Villas @ Wilderness Lodge. First time there. DH and I are pretty much Old Key West snobs, but I decided it was time to branch out a bit and savor some of the other resorts before we die.

We're celebrating the B-Day at the Magic Kingdom. Not that he has a choice or anything.
