I think things are starting to get back to normal! Diana is slowly recovering from the surgery! Thanks to all the prayers and good wishes of all the MH CHATTERS!! I actually got groceries for the house and finished my vacation laundry and paid bills BUT here it is 11pm and I am baking pork chops for dinner for tomorrow night!!! So goes life, I guess!

so I finally saw PotC3 last night. I was disappointed who has seen it and what did they think? I don't want to spoil it for anyone but in my opinion there was way too much Swann and not nearly enough Will or Jack (who are both still hot as ever btw). And I didn't like the ending. Thats it-thats all I'll say.

I haven't seen the movie yet. My kids have really been bugging me so I think we'll try to catch it this weekend. I need to get my Will fix! All I've really heard about the movie was to stay after the credits for a little something extra.

Not really. My kiddos left me last week, so I am swimming in the shark pool here all alone!

I miss my kids, and it's been only 6 days. I think I have a loooooong summer ahead of me. They are gone for the summer to my parents' home. Well, one is. The other has to come home around July 4th for dance camp. So at least I will have one here!

How about you? Are the kids still running you ragged?

Not yet! Give them a little more time. It's only been one full week off so far so they are still basking in the glory of summer. I give it another two weeks until the "I'm bored" starts. I usually try to do something or go somewhere every other day with them. My DS 7 has me going to the Library every other day. He is such a little reader. I'm so glad and I hope it sticks. Sadly I'm thinking he will be just like the girls and not like it so much when you start reading the books with no pictures. At least for now he enjoys it.

My youngest hates to read. Suggesting reading to her is paramount to suggesting she clean her room.

I read constantly, so go figure.
