Cool! An outing sans kids! What a concept!

Once my DS gets out of CCD tomorrow, we are going to do some baking, clean the playroom (oy!) and lounge a little bit. I don't want to be too ambitious with plans for this weekend ---I'll only end up disappointing myself when I spend all weekend playing American Girl dolls or Pokemon. (and DISing, of course!)

DH keeps threatening an intervention, but he's all talk!! Besides, the kids can defend themselves against the gargantuan dust bunnies that are threatening to stage a coup! It's all good.....

I'm pretty good. Tomorrow is a busy day. DS-12 is in this thing at school called Destination Imagination and tomorrow is his regional tournament. So that means up early on a Saturday.

I did go to a movie with dh and two other managers he works with this afternoon. Of course it was 3 guys to 1 girl so we went to see that movie 300. Very bloody, very violent, very "guyish". But that's ok, at least I was out having some fun.

My son went to see that one tonight as well. Looks like a video game on a big screen to me!!!

Hiya! I don't get to sleep in until Sunday (DS has CCD at 9:15! ), but we get the rest of the day to spend together and (far less thrilling) catch up on housework. (blech)

I guess I'll have to see if I like it, either way he says I'm stuck with it. I've had explorer for so long, I don't know if I can get used it or not. Its weird, and it won't let me play my games that I like.
