So, how much snow did you get? Did dh take the girls out for the day? Did you get the reading you had planned done? Was it a good book? Did you have a peaceful afternoon?

WE got 5 inches....it's raining now. Nope, DH didn't dare take the girls out today...the snow was coming down hard. I didn't read at all! We just watched 6 episodes of Gilmore Girls. DH, DD13 and I are hooked! We rent the DVDs from Netflix.

We met for lunch at Olive Garden! It was super fun! Pip is a very groovy lady! We had lots to talk about!! But I pigged out and she got....get this....a TO-GO BOX!!!

WE got 5 inches....it's raining now. Nope, DH didn't dare take the girls out today...the snow was coming down hard. I didn't read at all! We just watched 6 episodes of Gilmore Girls. DH, DD13 and I are hooked! We rent the DVDs from Netflix.

Netflix! I am so excited about Netflix. We just signed up and have had so much fun checking our mailbox for DVDs!! Our list is already 89 titles long . Like I have time to watch 8 movies...let alone 89 BUT...I am still excited!

Nope, no pickles. We both planned on getting each other a jar of pickles but we both forgot. We did swap gifts though!!

Back from being forced into the outside world. Guess what I did today? Seeing as it's nearly the 1st of March, I finished packing up our Christmas decorations.

Sorry, I just got bumped off of ....me thinks that is a cosmic hint that I should make my hungry family dinner! I am guessing that they keep walking past me looking at me and then saying thing about being hungry because they would like to be fed .

Tonight is easy peasy. It's taco night. All I have to do is brown the meat, chop the veggies and heat the tortillas...so we will be eating in no time! It's just I cannot type and chop at the same time...it's one of the talents I have yet to aquire.

So off I go to chop....and season....and brown....and warm.....and EAT!
