I know what you mean. ....Its hard not too sometimes.

I had a blue day but I am starting to feel better. It snowed here today for the first time this winter. And it was very pretty but it didn't stick.

Being from Alabama I have an irrational but very very real fear of snow. All sane people make a grocery run and hole up until it is all melted. These folks in Oklahoma don't seem to know that. I let my job know when they hired me that if I see snow, I am heading home. I know I can't drive on it, and I don't wanna die!

I know what you mean...I never learned to drive in the snow. DH is from Michigan and thinks I am nuts for not wanting to drive when it sticks. I am fine until it starts sticking to the roads then I go home and stay there....they don't salt or scrape the roads here either so that makes it even worse.

They salt and scrape here, but people are idiots and drive like the roads are dry. I drive like and 80 yr old woman when it snows, so then they are beeping at me and all that jazz. Best if I just stay home.

We lucked out this year, and the only snow we have had hit when we were in WDW. The school had 2 snow days, so DD's only had 3 days of work to make up. Easy peasy!
