You know what, I actually DIDN'T like her on A.I for most of the season. I thought she always oversang her songs and had weird expressions on her face when she sang. Plus she seemed to have a tude. She did seem to tone it down later on though and she did a great job on several of her songs. But I'm glad she went on to become successful.

I agree. The attitude really got to me. But if she's nominated for a Golden Globe she must do something right now!!!!

Ok, how childish am I being?

The lightbulb burned out in our bedroom closet. I have changed that sucker the last 10 times. I am refusing to change it any more. I am sick to death of being the mom who does it all. I work full time, and take care of the house by myself. How stupid is it of me to pick a lightbulb to focus on? And it has been out over a week now. I will go to my grave with a dark closet before I change it. I mentioned it to DH and he didn't seem to understand the need to change it. So I just grope around in the dark and pull clothes out until I find something that matches.

Well listen to this ONE, my DS has a DGF, and everytime he goes to Diana's house, her mom has some TASK for him to do. The other day it was replacing shelving in their bathroom. So one of your DD's has to get a DBF and then HE will do all your chores for you....and mind you Diana has a very capable DAD and even more capable BROTHER (same age as Chris 24) and yet they DO NOTHING to help the mom out, so know it is like this big sort of joke, that Chris will be here soon and HE WILL HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor thing. That is nice of him to do things for her. I wouldn't dream of asking anyone else to do anything, but DH I do have some expectations of. Evidently my expectations are too high. I mean changing a lightbulb is such an exhausting chore!
