My sister is a nurse...she said whatever the MD gives you, you should try it before you travel...maybe I will get a whole collection of pills and try different ones on different days....

My baby turns 21yo on DECEMBER 30th!!!!! YIKES!!!

I usually make a ton of food and have some stuff catered. Well, I'm taking the easy way out this year. I'm making a huge green salad, a fruit salad (cake and ice cream, of course) and ordering a bunch of pizzas! It's just family and a few close friends, so they will have to deal!

I tried and tried to get him to do a Disney party...no go. He picked dinosaurs...and not cute and cuddly ones, but these big and ugly green ones. The plates look like the dinos are going to jump up and bite your face off.

Thanks! I was hoping I didn't look like a slug because I'm not making a bunch of stuff this year. The kid doesn't eat the kind of food I would make, so I'm getting him something he will eat.

I always rented a place for Mike's because his always fell during school vacation and after Xmas and the house had so much crap in it from presents all over the place to family in town that the safest and saniest thing for me was to go to like Chucky Cheese and McD's and Papa Ginos and spend the day there and have the restaurant entertain all the kids.

We're not having a kid party, so I'm still safe having it at my house. I figure I'll have to have it somewhere next year or the year after. The problem is that I live in Podunk, USA, and the only thing remotely close to me is a McD.

DH got all annoyed one time when he saw that I had 900 posts. He'll really be proud of me now. He thinks I have too much free time.
