FE just called and told me he had to fill his gas tank and the government credit card that he needs to use for travel wasn't working :headache:

so he had to use our check card. It was $91 :scared1:

I don't think I will complain about the $40 it cost me to fill my car.

Ok, so my neighbor --

She's out working in her yard. I've been watching her for the last 30 minutes or so.

She has a special tool she's using, apparently, some kind of dandelion remover. (Yes, they are the type of people that have a perfect yard and mow the grass every 3 days -- they're retired and don't really do anything else.) It's a pole type thing with an O at the bottom. You place the O over the dandelion, push the pole down, and out pops the dandelion. Hit the top of the pole and it releases the dandelion.

Now you would think that if she took all that time to scavenge her yard and pop out those dandelions, she would pick them up and trash them. Those buggers can grow anywhere, and they'll just reroot since they're still laying on the ground.

That doesn't work for me. I get in moods where I feel annoyed at everything, sometimes for days on end, and I have to just blow up for it to go away. I try to not take it out on my husband, so sometimes I just lock myself in my bedroom and throw books at the wall until I feel better. If you decide to try it, a word of advice - paperbacks leave less gouges in the paint.

Throwing things works for me, and I figure that dri-wall putty is cheaper than marriage counseling.
