Morning Losers!

I have a training this morning that's three and a half hours long....but here's the kicker...it's a "virtual training" where I sit at my desk and hear about statistical variances for three and a half hours....:scared:

I nodded off just reading that. :rotfl:

OMG, I haven't heard this many initials for a long time....nothing is in english, everything is in government speak (the feds are sponsoring this).

I've never been to IOA.

OMG...HRH...where do you get your smilies? They are hilarious.

As for what you said about Dissers creating puppet accounts to essentially flame other Dissers...I don't think that was the case with this guy. Someone Googled his user name and he uses that name for everything. Even found his Myspace. Then he accused Evil_Genius of being a stalker. What a moron. Found out he works at IOA...if he is a immature as he seems here in RL...they can have him. I have only been to IOA once...and once was enough. The customer service or lack thereof drove me up the wall.

I get a lot of my smiles from Photobucket, just do a search..careful, there is some offensive stuff there, too. It's amazing to me what people will post on the internet!

Puppet account..here I thought I had my own theory, and it's got a NAME!:rotfl: Anyway, my feeling is, if you aren't comfortable using aname that you have been for years, DON'T post the nasties...

I saw where the kid accused EG of stalking. I have lurked around this board and the "other" board (boy those guys are VICIOUS and relentless with the way they can dig up old stuff on someone they don't like..) enough to know that someone can dig up anything you ever said on the internet...and they WILL find the time to do it!

I'm only a third through this thing too...

at least you can still Dis:thumbsup2

Very true! I can't do any actual work because I can't really be completely distracted from what's being said.

I see all my loser pals have been bad today.
What are you guys doing going to other threads and beating up on others?:lmao:
I wish I was able to enjoy it.
Okay just to give you guys an update DH and I went to see the DR.
They are setting me up with the surgoen hopefully by the end of the day Friday.
The DR had two other DRS look at the mamagram and none of them like what the see. It seems to look like as I am no going to call it a blast from the past.
So DH John lost it. I tried telling him he is a tweeker, but he lost it. So it looks like I have a long hall in front of me again.
Kellie

You are in my prayers. Stay strong!

I bet you already feel like doing this >

The rides are nice at IOA but the Hulk coaster gave me a massive headache. It jerked me around causing my head to bang into the restraints.

We stopped to get something to eat and all I wanted was a soda and some fries. Took half an hour to get one order of fries. And everyone I spoke to behind the counter was like, "Not my job to get fries." Manager was even worse with this...what do you want me to do attitude. That really soured me on IOA...before then I was having a great time. The Spiderman ride was neato and Dueling Dragons was awesome.

But ever since then I have decided I am solely a Disney gal. I even turned down a chance to go to a really fun Harry Potter conference that is being held at Universal in 2010. Would rather spend my money at Disney. At Disney I know what I am getting.

I hate teleconferences. We had to do those at the bank for training sessions. We would mute our end and make fun of the presenters.

I get all the government speak I want when I do my taxes. You have my sympathies.

I've been to the Universal parks in Florida a bunch of times. I've always enjoyed my visits. It isn't Disney, but that's okay. I wouldn't want somebody else to try and be Disney.

Several of the people that post on these boards are both CMs and TMs (work at both WDW and USO). If that idiot was a TM, then he needs to be fired. I have never understood the need to try to undermine another park in order to build your favorite up. What a jerk. I read the first 8 or 9 pages before the thread went bye-bye.

I have to hear that talk from DH when he talks about work.

I always say, " Ok now tell me in English what you just said."

It is the same way with my dad. He is retired military and works now for a government contractor. The abbreviations he uses makes my brain hurt.

My mom & I work in hospital environments so when we would talk about work - ICU, NICU, ER, and various instruments, procedures, etc. my father would feel left out and ask for a PBJ, PDQ (Peanut Butter/Jelly Pretty Darn Quick), or some other thing he could abbreviate and feel like he was fitting in :rotfl2:

My mom is nurse so I hear the hospital abbreviations as well.

Shhh....I'm in healthcare and I'm talking about healthcare and the relationship with federally mandated reporting.

More letters than you've ever seen in your life.

I worked in General Acctg for a hospital and then for a hospital mgmt co that owns hospitals all across the country, so yes I have all those terms, then I would have to talk to Patient Acctg about DRGs,LOS, patient days, census, patient mix etc. I loved the story of when I first heard the term Boarder Baby, it was about one of our TX hospitals so I wasnt sure if it meant anything to do with the border but I knew it was spelled wrong. Well luckily I didnt say anything, my coworker asked, so I didnt look like a moron, when they told us it is when the baby stays and the mother goes home.

Luckily for DH he sells pharmacy services so we speak a lot of the same lanuguage or did since I am a SAHM now.

Boy do I love military and hospital speak. I grew up with it.

How is your training/teleconference thingy going Lara?
