The Little Mermaid music albums

In my box of music I found an album called The Little Mermaid Songs From The Sea and I would like to know more about it? It came out in 1992 and features the original cast as well as Jodi Benson as the voice of Ariel singing new exclusive songs inspired by The Little Mermaid. I know that there was also a The Little Mermaid album with songs from the cartoon series released in 1993. Was this part of a series of The Little Mermaid albums? Because the only music I knew that was released from The Little Mermaid was the soundtrack and when The Little Mermaid II Return To The Sea was released directly to video there was a soundtrack to it which I did a thread on this board too. Are these The Little Mermaid albums rare? Because they are now out of print
