was put in my box again today!!!:jester: The only thing in common with my address and the one it's suppose to go to is we share the same house number! This letter is suppose to go to London, NY 2DA UK. I live in NE Ohio. So, for the 2nd time, I called the mailman back and handed it over. I hope it eventually gets to where it's suppose to!

You know that is really strange!

Makes me think that the odds of this letter getting to it's intended recipiant aren't too good. Eeekkk, hope it's not too important but I've got a feeling it's not junk mail.

Most likely the carrier needs to black out the barcode that
was accidentally sprayed on it originally. Those dratted
barcodes will keep a letter in 'the loop' forever if it isn't
blacked out. BTW, any future misdeliveries you get, keep
that in mind. Some of those carriers forget that sometimes,
but you can black it out on your own.:)
BARCODES: the bad thing about automation!:)

London, NY 2DA

That is not a valid UK postcode (zip code) which is probably what is causing the problem.

The postcode is likely to be either

London, N1 2DA or
London, N7 2DA

but if the letter comes back again to you I suggest blacking out the post code (zip code) and just leaving the end of the address to read London, United Kingdom

Silver, Now that you mentioned that I took another look at the address. (I wrote it down before I handed the letter back to the mailman) What I thought was NY is probably N7, so the actual address it's going to is: London, N7 2DA , UK

How bizarre. I wonder if it will come back to you again

Hand write very large on the bottom of the envelope

UNITED KINGDOM

Maybe it will get there then.
