Nine days now! The semi-solo trip looks wonderful. How is Bubba adjusting to being a vegan (or at least dating a vegan?) I love Gilmore Girls too - do you watch Parenthood? Lauren Graham plays a similar character.
Now it's only 4 days!!!! Wow that sneaked up fast! She adjusted really well. She's changed her eating habits and lifestyle completely. I'm so proud of her because I know she was feeling really self conscious about herself. Now she's out running marathons. Crazy! I haven't watched Parent Hood but now that I know Lauren Graham is in it, I might just have to seek it out.

My family (well, esp mom & dad) have a really unhealthy addiction to Earl of Sanny ... I think dad starts dreaming about it at about 180 days out from each trip. As for me, I love going around the corner to Cook's ... mmmmmmm
That's one special love for the Earl. I haven't been there in a while so I'm looking forward to going back.
I can't wait to try their cupcakes ... over the last 6 months I've discovered with increasing affirmation, that I'm sensitive to gluten ... not Celiac disease, but a really sure way I could ruin a Disney trip would be to over "flour" myself ... I looked at their menu and a few of their offerings should be just what the Dr ordered ... I CAN take these as medicine ... right?
I couldn't imagine a life being allergic to flour. Seems like a hard allergy to have. And yes, I do believe these would be suitable medicine. I mean, they're made with the right ingredients.

Jen, Jen, Jen! The cupcakes at Babycakes are pretty good, but the real treats are the cookies. Especially the ones filled with icing. Oh yum.
