Very flavorful - sage, nutmeg, maybe some thyme. Worth a try anyway.

finnegans has great bangers and mash.
only place in the parks that i have had it.

the one from the LC in the above picture, is a bit different than the one served at finnegans.

LC also has the lovely Banger pub style sandwich and it is really good. A sausage with carmelized onions and tomatoes. It is delicious. Just a alternative to the bangers and mash
