Has anyone brought from them before?

Just wondering what they are like?

Unfortunately my experience with them was not good at all! My dh wanted to suprise me for Valentine's day and ordered 2 things from them online, he received a confirmation after placing the order and it said the items would ship by weeks end... 3 weeks later still nothing so dh had to tell me what he was up to and I told him it was so sweet to do this and not to worry I would handle this!! I emailed 2times,called 2 times and still no reply! Thats when I decided I had to be a bit more aggressive! I re emailed them and gave them a deadline for returning my contact!! Within 24 hrs I had a email stating that the order would be shipped the next day!Then the next day I get an email stating that only one item could be found and the other was going to take a bit longer to find!OK so I get the one item and wait 2 more weeks and still nothing so I email again asking them to substitute that one item and once again I get a email stating it would ship the next day,1 week later nothing ...by this time I have had it withthem and email to cancel the item and better be reimbursed the $ Finally after1 1/2 months I see the transaction on my cc ! Never will I order from them again!!

We've used them a couple of time for pins and calendars. The prices are obviously more expensive than the parks, and usually the P&P is more expensive than the goods we buy, but apart from that they have always delivered within a week or two of ordering

Yeah i noticed that there prices were a little steeper than the park prices! Im looking for wedding favours - as its at Disney i wanted a little disney keepsake.

Does anyone know of any other good stores around to buy Disney things?

Shipping can be pricey but they have regular discounts that can make it worthwhile.
