Yes he go home a little after 7. I worked really hard today and he was really tired so I decided to stay with the family. As I said before, Jodie gave me some much needed advice about how involved I shoud get with the service unit part of scouts and I think she was right. I made the right call....plus I got to move to a MANSION!!!!!

Jennifer, Jodie gave you good advice. You need to take a break from the politics and just stick with the girls. That is where you will be appreciated the most. Anyway, the girls are what is important.

Thanks Jodie, for telling me where my room is. Mountain Lake view is wonderful. I can see the cottage house from my window. Got to keep a lookout for Robert Redford. He likes mountains!!! But he loves me.

Jennifer do you hear anything coming from the basement. There shouldn't be anyone there. Oh well, let's turn up the new stereo system and do some dancing.

Hey, where's my room? I hope it's on the first floor (stairs are not my friend when my back hurts). I wonder if it's near the basement? I have the hover droid here w/ my stuff and I'm ready to unpack.

I also have to say how mothy you all are. I was reading the other thread, then POOF!! It's locked. I find this one and POOF!! It's up to four pages!!! Wow!!!

BTW, I almost posted again on the other thread, but my post count was the *magic* number, so I couldn't chage it. I *had* to leave it!!

Yensid, your room is on the first floor right next to Granny Maid. Don't want you to have to get up and go far in the middle of the night looking for your maid. Also heard that droids don't like steps. So how did your day at the grindstone go?

I am sorry, I keep thinking I hear Kim's voice but can't place where it is coming from. Do we have a intercom system in this house?

Jay!? Is that you?! *Kim hears the stereo now. She wonders if they turned it up on purpose to drown out her pleas for help, but then realizes her Ya Ya sisters would never do such a thing* Jay?! I'm locked in.... it's cold down here. I need a pillow and a blanket, but I don't think Betty and Jennifer can hear me. Sigh.....Kim wanders off to a corner to sit down and wait till morning.

Boy am I pathetic or what?!

DH is very happy working in Florida. They treat him nice and he thinks that they appreciate his work. He met with the CIO of the State of Florida and she/he mentioned that the governor would like to meet him and the other guy on the project. Hopefully, Jeb Bush will be reelected today because if he doesn't then the project could go belly up. Also there was some talk of something about smaller classroom mandate being on the ballot and if that passes then that may cut into $ for the project. Really hate to see education vs technology.

I think I will be heading upstairs also. The place is a little creepy with not coverings on the windows. And that annoying voice from the basement is creeping me out. Must be a cat. I tried the basement door and couldn't get it opened. Must be jammed.

Lynne, you have your own room. Must let baby Ya Ya grow up some time. Anyway, we know that you keep crazy hours because of college and don't want you to feel that you are keeping someone up. Your education comes first. Afterall, you will be expected to take care of us once we get older. We do have eccentric (don't know if spelled right) taste and we are accustomed to a certain style of living.
