I'm making a butternut squash soup and a vegetable dish...mmm, Nancy gave me loads of ideas and now has me terribly confused. As of yet undecided about it.

Before your battery dies what're those three repeat favorites in your house Jennifer?

It does too get cold here, so there!! It even snowed.... once. I'm a weenie when it comes to cold. 40 is cold to me... heck 50 with a breeze is cold in my eyes.

Kim...I think that pic of Apolo is okay....not very good for a beach house though.

Whew! Thank goodness! Ok, so far you're out voted Betty. Beth gives it a thumbs up due to no caterpillar sighting and Nancy at least gave it an okay. True... not exactly beach house faire but everyone booed my Apolo beach house cabana pic off within minutes. That's how ya'll ended up with nipple boy. Besides... we won't be at the beach house much longer anyway. On the way to the new YaYa asylu.... er, I mean domicile, maybe you could drop sweetie and me off at a nice snow capped mountain somewhere. I'm sure we'll find a little cabin nestled in the hills somewhere.

I make a wicked fudge, toffee, and butterscothc rice krispy treats!!! Yummy!!!

So some years I do both cookies and candy...others I do just one or the other. I haven't decided yet how this year will go, but I think I'm leaning toward candy.

Someday I would love the spinach art. dip recipie!!!....and yes Nancy I THINK that's enough for 4

Although, I have to defend myself just a wee bit here... I have actually made a spinach dip and it turned out pretty darn good. Of course, the stove wasn't involved. That might've had something to do with it. Oh! Oh! I make a good 4 cheese spinach lasagna too! See... I'm not completely hopeless!

Oh my Gosh!!!! *Kim looks into the sky to see if pigs are flying* Someone wants a recipe from ME!?!?! *I need to sit down. Seeing those pigs fly around is rather unnerving* Jennifer, I'll post the recipe tomorrow sometime.

Me too! I love Hitchcock more than words-makes me so happy to watch them over and over again... The ones mentioned are an absolute staple also Vertigo, Strangers on a Train, Rebecca, N by NW, Notorious, Spellbound...uhhh...all of them,,there;s the one with the merry widow waltz...

I like to curl up with a good oldie before bed too...

Someone test out Kim's recipes and let me know..I'll ask the fire depar...I mean, I'll ask you to pass it on.

Not at all Nancy. It's just getting kind've sleepy around here. Cam has one more day of school before vacation. 5:40 just comes too quickly!

Tomorrow, the class will be walking down to watch the funeral procession. Ack! That's going to be hard. I think I'll stay there with him. This will be a new experience for him.

Did someone mention Hitchcock?? I love his movies!! My faves are Dial M for Murder and Rear Window!! I just love Grace Kelly!! I could watch Rear Window over and over again and never get sick of it!! Vertigo and Rope are two more faves! Oh and the Birds!!

Spellbound! That's another one! I'm almost ashamed to say it....but Vertigo is not on the top of my list......and I am the BIGGEST James Stewart fan!!!!
