I'll have missed you now Beanie but I'm 6 hours ahead of WDW - that's the only time I go by!

And I've been sleeping badly and so has Nancy. Perhaps there's something in the chocolate croissants...

And then my 17 yr. old DD informed me that all I do is sit in front of the computer 24/7 and she wanted to use the internet. (2 computers, 1 dial-up modem - that's one of the reasons why we're switching over to cable internet!)

Actually, I only caught the last few minutes of it. I was out Christmas shopping at Kohl's. Got a lot of stuff, so I'm close to being done!

Hi Jay! I LOVE Kohls!!! I'm going there and Target today to get a chunk of my shopping done. I got Paige a down winter coat she wanted for Christmas on sale for $45 last week!!!! Gotta love their prices!

Sorry about the pushy lady I hate that kind of thig. I don't laugh it of either. I think I can actually feel my blood boil when it happens to me.
Kim, getting the second season of MASH for DH today......getting pretty tired of the first!

Wish me luck...I forgot to buy the Playmobil Advent calendar. I hope they still have some in stock or my girls are going to be disappointed........

Morning everyone. Hope everyone is doing well today.

First and foremost, I have a very important safety note to pass along. Please make note of it for future reference. While eating, it is very, very important to *not* bite your tongue. For some strange reason, I did this last night. I would say it hurt, but that would be a huge understatement. Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow! Ow!! How bad was it, you ask? Let's just say I drew blood. LOL! Guess I was really hungry last night, huh?

Hi Jennifer! Kohl's had a one day sale yesterday & we got a mailer for 15% off, so we figured we'd save some money that way. Spent about $100. But at normal prices, would have spent twice that, so it wasn't too bad. LOL! I even got something. The Hallmark Death Star ornie. Good thing it was marked down!

Funny thing about me is that when people pull stupid moves like that lady did last night, it makes me want to point out how rude/stupid they were. I sorta get mad, but it's more of an "I-can't-believe-they're-that-stupid" disbelief. It was so rude and obvious what she was doing that DW & I were about to break out laughing right in her face as she did it. Oh well. At least she didn't just plow into me. I should have held my ground and not moved. I'm just too nice of a guy I guess.

Okay, time to try & get some work done. Talk w/ ya'll in a bit!

Everybody survive the swim last night?? Who was it who brought up the sharks biting "things"? Kimmie was that you? There are too many pages to go back to find out!!!
Well I have a solution to that problem. Anybody scuba dive? See, while we are all frolicking in the sea "free" as a dolphin, somebody can be lookout in their scuba gear!!! And by "lookout" I mean looking out for SHARKS!!! Sound like a plan?
No time to play now ....busy busy day ahead...go for my walk (#1), Christmas shop, tame the laundry monster, DS's martial arts demonstration this afternoon then Cub Scouts (help me) this evening!! After the pack meeting I will need a low cal smoothie and some of your silliness!!!! See ya'll tonight! Hope everybody has GREAT days!!!

Jay, love that Kohls! One of my favorite stores, other than wandering around Borders. Rude people in stores = unacceptable. But unfortunately there are a ton of them. Sometimes I could just kick myself....people bump me and push me and I look at them and I say "oh, I'm sorry"

Oh, I missed the skinny dipping last night! Well, weren't you all very lucky last night! Believe me, you wouldn't have to worry about Jay filming it. I have a bod that would break the camera! I have what they call the "gut and butt" syndrome!

Jeannie, knock 'em dead with your presentation!! BTW, my DH and I use that same home remedy for insomnia!! Or when I get home from choir and I'm so hyped I just can't settle down.........works every time!!!

Michele, whadaya mean ya can't find your bikini?? No bikinis allowed when we're skinny dippin'!! The water was perfectly marvelous last night, too!!! So warm and like silk against your skin. And Jaws was nowhere around so we didn't have to worry about......things......getting nipped!!!

So, Carol!! Successful shopping trip, huh? Christmas shopping?? So what did you get??!!!

Poor Beanie, did you ever get any sleep? I tell you, it's WDW anticipation!!! Course in Jennifer's case, it's WDW envy........

Marilyn, the only reason you will need to turn your mind off when DH & I are back in our room is because you don't want to have to listen to our dischordant snoring!!!

(Poor Dave can't even carry a tune in his sleep!!!!!) But our "schedule" is so full, I doubt we will have the energy for more than snoring!! Will send you another itinerary tonight when I get home. Oh, and if you could see the traffic I have to "play" in to get home, you would understand! Sometimes I think I could walk home faster and it's nearly 20 miles!!

Hmmm.... in about 2 hours, I will be 9 days 23 hours and 30 minutes away from WDW Top that off with the fact that we have a team "outing" today in just about 2 1/2 hours you can guess how much I am getting done today

I guess I missed all the fun last night because I was too tired to stay up to go "swimming" with you all. Maybe I'll catch y'all next time

Michele, Luis won't be joining me on this trip. I admit it is a tad scary to go on your first solo trip but I am sure I will be fine and I have plans to be with someone every day. So I'm not too worried Luis will have the cats so I am sure they will tourment him so much that he won't feel lonely either

I must say that I love Kohl's too! They have some reall good deals sometimes there. Luis just spent a bunch there not too long ago when pants were 1/2 off. One funny thing about Kohl's though is that I swear I have never been there when some sort of sale wasn't going on! I go there quite often for shopping and I do believe that is where I got my $3 t-shirts for WDW from Jay if I were in a real "twit" of a mood, I would have said to that lady "I'm sorry ma'am, I didn't see you there. If I had, I would have gladly gotten out of your way before you decided you had to ram me with your shopping cart" And then just gave her the biggest most pleasant smile in the world Usually that makes 'em really mad when you treat them like that

Oh I suppose that I need to get back to work now.

Hello everyone!!!

I just received my ornament package from Pam!! Thank you so much Pam!!! (I sent ya a PM! ).
Pam spoiled me. I got 3 of the cutest snowman ornaments, and a cute snowman pin. Also, a glass pickle to start a new family tradition. And, last but not least, a MOOSE ornament w/ Ya Ya's 2002 engraved on it!! LOL I was ROFL when I saw that one!! He's going right at the front of the tree.
Also, she sent a lovely family pic and a beautiful letter and postcard!!
