I'm going to pass on creepy guy today. He's just gotten too creepy for me.

I've actually been busy at work. Shocking. So I haven't been able to catch up on my DIS, which is very upsetting to me. But it makes the time go a bit faster! I'm going to try and catch up sporadically throughout the day today.

We're in the teens today! 19 days!

19 days here too - and DH finally got his vacation approval! Now I can be excited although he still has to find coverage, so we're not completely out of the woods yet, but we're heading in the right direction!

I know! With DH's vacation approval up in the air I just couldn't bring myself to do any preparations. Now that it seems to be all sorted out I'm in panic mode! We leave in 16 days, arriving at the Poly in 17!

Totally agree! I am so stressed out I am afraid I am going to make myself sick

While I have had other issues going on I feel like I can't get anything done!! The only plus for me is that I am more efficient under pressure.

I am off work until Tuesday so I hope to get some things done this weekend. I started the project of switching out warm weather clothing with cold weather clothing when life got crazy so I have laundry baskets all over my bedroom and my laundry room looks like it was ransacked

Soon enough we will all be there

I am also the "under pressure" type anyway so I won't pack until like 2 days before. Other than that there really isn't anything to do except check-in for our flight 24 hours before. I really wanted to get some new WDW shirts online but I haven't been able to find any. Disney store had a couple of cute ones but only size xxl was left. I can't believe we only have 18 more days!!!!

Hey Poly friends, today is SUNDAY!!!! So that means we only have TWO MORE WEEKS left until the last week of October!!!!!!!!!!! For our family it's 16 days from today. I can't wait to board Magical Express and know that I'm almost there!!!! Is there anything better than pulling up to your resort, getting off the bus, and walking into the lobby??? Six nights is going to go by in a FLASH!


So much is happening over the next two weeks for my kids. It's the end of the first 9 weeks so they are slammed with tests and meeting their reading goals. I think this last bit of waiting is really going to fly by, and that makes me nervous. I want to pack smart and try not to bring a bunch of stuff we don't need.

Have you guys been following the reports about the poly pool? I sure hope the new heaters are working by the time we all get there. My kids like to swim even when its cooler outside but I don't think they could handle it if the water is ice cold.

Can't wait!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't believe it but we're finally down to 18 days! The one thing we haven't yet received is our airline tickets. Since we haven't flown in forever I'm confused as to whether or not we'll be picking them up or they are mailed to us. Anyone here who flies AirTran??

Other than that the casual packing is going to start here in the next few days. I have to go out and buy a few cheap/comfy park shirts, but everything else is set. It's kind of bothersome though how much room my costume is going to take up in my bag! Oh well, to look fabulous I'm going to have to make the sacrifice

We got a lot of catching up done yesterday. Today we are heading into Breezys room to straighten it up and get her stuff organized and all that fun stuff. If you don't hear from me again...call out a search party

I can't believe it but we're finally down to 18 days! The one thing we haven't yet received is our airline tickets. Since we haven't flown in forever I'm confused as to whether or not we'll be picking them up or they are mailed to us. Anyone here who flies AirTran??

We're with AirTran too and you check in up to 24 hours before your flight online. It works the same as Southwest (except no rush for boarding groups!). No tickets. Once you check in online, you'll print out your boarding passes and then you'll have your information for the baggage check or sky cab once you get to the airport. Otherwise you have to go to the ticket counter when you get to the airport and give them the credit card you used to purchase the tickets and your confirmation number and they'll print the tickets there. Online check in is MUCH easier!! Go to their website and there is a category for check in there.

13 days!!!!! I can hardly stand it!!! DD has come down with a cold and I'm almost glad she's gotten it this week and not next week. I just hope she gets rid of it by the time we leave. I told them at school to make sure she drinks lots of water so we can flush it out of her. It's just a cold, but I don't want her to be miserable sniffling for the trip, especially on the plane!

Fingers crossed the weather changes for all of us from what it's been for the people there now!!!!!!!!
