The last week of april gang!

I have never been this time of year. What's the wx like and how are the crowds?

The last few years when we've gone at this time the weather has been kinda "fickle"...last year it was very comfortable, I remember being able to wear capri's all day and not sweating too much. We had a little rain but not much. Previous years it has been a mix of sun and rain and warm and about 4 yrs ago it was record heat and not a drop of rain (which set off some wildfires in the area-so lets hope that doesn't happen this year)...so weather wise you can never tell.

Crowd wise has always been pretty good. Not real crowded during this time, very manageable. And, even last year we were there the days prior to the "Happiest Celebration in the World" kickoff, there were lots of press parties that closed the parks early, it still wasn't bad at the parks that were opened. This is a good time to go.

We'll be there from 4-27 through 5-2-06 at the SWAN!

Since this is my first Disney Trip, just curious, can you take your on cooler in the pool area, like as in cooler full of beer? Without sounding like a lush, is alcohol allowed in the pool area? We're booked 4-26 thru 4-29 at Beach Club Resort.

We're there end of April too! April 25-May1. First time for my 2 DD and my last trip was late eighties when I was in high school. We are so excited! We can't wait. Hopefully, we've picked the tight time of the year.

Absolutely.
I stayed at YC w/ 4 of my gf's last Oct. We were at the pool every day w/ our cooler.
We had cans and we used huggies. One day we had bottles and we just poured it into cups. No problems at all.

April 23-29 CBR- Can't Wait!

620 hours till we board the plane, and 622.5 till we land in DISNEY!

I haven't started packing yet (I think my mom is getting me luggage for my birthday (4/16)- if not we're borrowing hers though) I did start making a packing list, and a what I need to do before we leave list, a what we need to get before we leave list, budget and... well I just can't wait. - I'm more excited then the kids I think, everybody is sick of me talking about it!
