Good luck, Tracy! :goodvibes

So how is everyone doing this morning?

We are supposed to get some rain today, but we've heard that before, and haven't gotten any. It is bone dry here, and we are usually under a burn ban. At least the temp is in the 60's today.

I notice that we are less than 400 posts from Part III. :sad2:

I wonder if it's going to be something cut and dry - when we hit that number that's it....or if we'll go over that number and when they monitor and catch it then they'll close it down. :confused3

I don't think it's cut & dried. The smilie thread has over 3800 posts, and isn't locked yet. I think it's just when they notice.

I would like to make an ADR here for my solo trip. Do you think It would be weird to eat at a character meal solo???

No, I think it would be fun. Pictures might be an issue, unless you can find a friendly CM.

We managed to do that one time when our kids were younger. I think DD (the oldest) was about 10 or 11 then. We told them we were going to Carowinds - an amusement park about 3 hours from here - and that we were going to stay over one night. We got to the exit to Carowinds and pulled over and DH asked if I had the Carowinds tickets. I said no, that I thought he had them. We went back and forth then he finally said, "I do not have any tickets to Carowinds! All I have is these tickets to Disneyworld!" Talk about some squealing! :lmao: We even have a video of it!

That had to be fun! We were able to suprise them 10 years ago when living in Melbourne. Their father had promised to take them, and never did, so we decided too. Put them in the car started driving, they fell asleep, and they woke up just as we were getting to the Welcome to Disney sign. The oldest said, "Where are we?" and the youngest said, "We're at Disney, dummy!" Ah, kids!

Still just over a month until our trip home. We are so excited (well, two of us anyway, since the boys don't know!) and cannot wait! I hope the next month flies by.

Ugh! I just checked my schedule for today, and I have 3 meetings this morning, all back-to-back! Well, since I'm at home, I might fit in a bit of DISing while on the calls! :disrocks:
