Thanks for clueing me in on the soft opening. We wouldn't have gone to that park yesterday if we didn't know!

It was cool, they say it would take you six hours of continuous riding to see all the new scenarios, that will take me a while! I think it will have to be my "must ride" at DLR once the lines calm down, and every time we go there try to see another one!

Where is the parade?

It's in Long Beach, the start of the Parade is about 5 blocks from my house. If you are at all familiar with Long Beach it goes down the bluff on Ocean Blvd into Downtown and ends at Shoreline Village where they have the Festival.

I remember the festival was on the weekend after I visited Long Beach LAST year!

Actually it was the weekend you were in San Diego. I remember I mixed up the two weekends. You were in Long Beach on my B'day while I was at DLR doing the cooking school.

Not that far downtown as the AOP. The parade stops at Alamitos Blvd which is the Easyern end of Downtown.
