The last NON-Disney movie you watched

We liked Get Him to the Greek, it was funny mostly but it was good overall.
Last night we watched Iron Man, Iron Man 2 will come via netflix Tuesday so we wanted to be up to date. lol

Thanks to black friday, im about to have a harry potter marathon till i get re-caught up, and decide weather or not to see the new one

We liked Get Him to the Greek, it was funny mostly but it was good overall.

That's how I felt, I don't want to discourage anyone from seeing it. It just seemed really funny at the beginning and then a little serious toward the end.

I watch Evan Almighty a little early today and the rest later on DVR.

I don't know......but we have Max Payne from netflix so I want to watch that one tonight.

"Black Swan" Wow is all I can say about it. Darren Aronofsky once agains blows me away with a fantastic film.

"Somewhere" Now I love Sofia Coppola but this movie just didnt strike me as the rest of her movies have :(

Sherlock Holmes: Starring Robert Downey Jr. and Jude Law. I am looking forward to the sequel. There must be one, what with Professor Moriarty being Holmes and Watsons arch nemesis!
I love Sherlock Holmes in all of his various filmed renditions.

I’ve been on a movie watching kick lately. Here is what I have watched within the past 2 weeks:

Little Fockers
The Expendables
Knight and Day
The Other Guys
The A Team

The best out of all of those was actually the A Team IMO.

It was a bit unrealistic with the action at times, but still a pretty good movie overall.

I saw The Tourist and The Other Guys on New Years Eve. Both were very good.

Just watched "Let's Do It Again"....a movie from 1953. I love TCM :)

If you like fantasy I recommend a movie called "The Fall"

It's sort of like the Wizard of Oz meets Tim Burton meets the Princess Bride.

It is absolutely amazing! I laughed, I cried...it was amazing

It's about a little girl who is in the hospital that strikes up a friendship with a stunt man who is also in the hospital.

Please note that this movie is rated R. It has some violence it in.

We watched The Kids Are All Right, it was ok but not what we expected. We enjoyed it but we thought it would be more comedy and was more drama. There is also a very good reason it has an R rating, do not watch this with young children. lol We also started to watch Interview With A Vampire last night but didn't finish it. Tom Cruise is so dramatic in that movie, it's actually quite funny at times. :)

As a family, we watched on DVD:
"Desk Set" with Spencer Tracy and Katharine Hepburn. A terrific film!
"How to Train Your Dragon"

In the theatre, my daughter and I saw "The Chronicles of Narnia - Voyage of the Dawn Treader" which we both enjoyed. I haven't heard if there will be more films in the series, but if there aren't this is a nice ending to the series.

We finished Interview With A Vampire and today Netflix sent me The Other Guys, which I am dying to see!!!!! It looks so funny!! We will probably watch it tonight after the girls go to bed. :)
