Cast of Characters
Tom, 29, hates to admit that he is a kid at heart!
Tam, 28, (me) LOVES everything Disney, can’t get enough
Mike, 10, Loves the fact that according to Disney he is an adult.
Abby, 7, Loves the fact she is going to Disney for the first time, but hates the
fact that her brother is coming!

GOOD MORNING!
This morning Mike decided to wake everyone up at 7:30, and of course this morning we didn’t need to get up too early, but that’s ok we have a plan!
My feet are killing, so we are going to get me new shoes!

We eat breakfast in the room while getting ready, and head out for shoes. Of course we are later then planned, apparently Abby was having clothing issues today!

We get to the Nike store at 9:40 and by 9:59 I was back in the van with shoes and we were on our way back to hotel to catch the bus to Epcot, today is World Showcase day!

We got on the bus by 10:30, damn Im good!
We had planned lunch at 12 noon so we got to the World Showcase and hot Mexico, and grabbed Fast passes to maelstrom, then get the boat from future world across the lake to germany. We walk from germany to Japan, with no stops. We get to Mitsukoshi by 11:55 and we don’t get seated until 12:30. Lunch was stressful, of course you can guess who didn’t eat lunch! Another meal down the drain, and this one was out of our pocket, well at least the kids meals were. Im so tired of fighting I just try to ignore it for the rest of the trip.

After lunch we decided to hot the world counter clockwise from Japan around. Of course we knew the kids would be bored, so we only did the kidcots and the passport things and looked at the shops. We finished the world in 5 hours flat! That includes lunch! By the time we got back to Canada it started to pour, so what do the Lasher’s do when it rains run to mexico! Grab a margarita! Woo Hoo! Then we watched O’ Canada, and not to offend Canadians, that 360 movie is much better after a margarita!

We had dinner at Le’ Celier……… To die for! Oh my god, I can die and go to heaven after that Filet Mignon! We even tried ice wine. The funniest thing happened! The waitress brought us a sample, and Tom tried a small sample first, and drank it so fast that it went down the wrong tube and he spit it all over the place! I laughed my butt off! She then made sure he was ok, and I got a sample, we loved it, got our small glass, and finished our meal! hey and even Abby ate half a grilled cheese!

We decided to hit Test Track before we left the park for the night. Still a good ride, back at the hotel we swam and then fell into bed! My feet feel much better!

Oh Tammy! I am loving your reports!!! I too have a diva in the making and she is 8. We are planning on eating in Japan/Mitsukoshi, so I took my dds to lunch at a hybachi style restaurant in town. My girls did eat :goodvibes Sorry yours didn't. Off to read more :rotfl2:

Lol...We're not Canadian, but we love that 360 degree movie, even without any spirits! We just have to say the words, "O Canada"...and our DDs (now going on 17, but they have done this since they were 4) begin singing the entire song.

I am assuming that it is the National Anthem of Canada. At any rate, as I write this I can still see my dear aunt Elizabeth's face (at age 87) turning to me after viewing this show saying, "now that is really something!" She is dead now going on 7 years and that was her first and only glimpse of Canada. I know the film was taken quite a while ago, but some things never change...and the Canadian spirit embodied in the film touches my heart every time I see it.

Great report!

OK, now you got me thinking and feeling kinda wrong for what I wrote! Thank you for your posting -for all the right reasons :sunny:

Oh Paco,

What you wrote wasn't wrong! Lots of things are brightened a bit after a WDW drink...lol...I'm going to attend my very first Monorail-Drink-A-Thon on September 30th.

A whole group of us are going to monorail resort hop (we don't have to have an alcoholic drink at every stop, or even at any stop for that matter, we can have cokes or whatever) and socialize. We'll be easy to spot...a number in our group will be wearing crowns or tiaras. What fun!

Maine Jennifer is sponsoring it. If I did it right, here's a link:
