Kathy and T, I love your approach to exercise, it's all about being healthy for your kids and grandkids. I've always watched my diet (most of the time) and exercised because my dad died at age 42 from a heart attack. Along with other family genetics on that side, I was scared that if I didn't do something to counteract the genetics on that side of my family that I wouldn't live long.
I'm 58 now and very healthy, so 'knock on wood', exercise and a healthy (but tasty) diet seems to be working.
