Has any one eaten at the character dinner recently. I am wondering what characters were there. When I contacted US direct they told me they couldn't tell me because it all depends on which ones are most popular at the time. We will be there in about 28 days and my daughters boyfriend is going and he is a big Simpsons fan, was hoping for some of them to be there, we saw Homer in there last year but didn't have reservations, this year I do and am hoping some of them will be there. TIA!

Thank you, I had sent an email and received a phone call and they told me they didn't know. I'm hoping they are there!

I believe they vary but mostly it is the Simpsons and Shrek. I am fairly sure that they will not guarantee who will be there... it is just the luck of the draw.

We have had dinner there several times in the past few years and everything has been very tasty!

Do you need to be staying at the hotel to eat at The Kitchen? We have friends staying there while we are at Disney and I thought it would be fun to have dinner there together one night. Thanks!

Anyone can eat there. It is a regular restaurant. There are many other places to eat at Universal as well. Your best bet (if its after 6) is to park at the universal garages for 3.00 and walk over / take boat to the Hard Rock. I believe the Hard Rock charges much more than that for parking. Also, you can walk around city walk after dinner.

No. It is a wonderful restaurant. We love eating at The Kitchen! Dinner is wonderful!
