The kindness of strangers

can mean so much!
The Hallmark Business office moved across the street from us awhile ago..I was talking to one of the ladies who worked there the other day..asking her if she had any of the Hallmark Dream Ornament Books..she said she would get me one..she asked about my cats, and I was very sad to tell her that I had lost 2 of them within the last month (1 just a week ago today)
..this morning she met me at the mailbox and handed me the ornament book..I got home and opened it..and an envelope fell out, with the sweetest sympathy card on the loss of my furbabies, and a lovely hand written sentiment..this lady is almost a total stranger to me, yet she took a moment out of her own day to acknowledge my loss..it just reminded me that there are still people in the world like this..and I wanted to share the moment with my DIS family!
