I learn something new every day!!

Last night I called to set up a reservation for Magical Express---CM was NOT nice...actually was growling about how I couldn't call 2 months in advance and that I needed to call 45 days in advance and to please mark my calendar.

Hung up...reread a few posts as I thought that didn't sound quite right.

AND...as I 've read so many times on this board...call, call again!! Called back today..got a lovely gal who added the information to my reservation and pleasantly asked how else she could help me. What a difference a day makes.

Yes I was ecstatic to find the disboards! I had a CM tell me that our breakfast reservation for Crystal Palace is "between 9:05am and 9:25am" and my first thought was "we only have 20 minutes to eat!?!" Other DISers told me to ignore that time frame, as long as we are there at 9:05, we're OK. I have no idea where some CM's get their info from but I know I can always count on DISers!
