Simply adorable outfits! I'm a little behind reading everyone's TR and PTR's I'm sure you're there now and having a fantastic time!!

Those outfits are all adorable!! I vote for the red one lol. So funny that when someone throws a wrench in the plans...they have no idea HOW MUCH thought has gone into all this (nor do they want to lol) but now you are thinking through everything and they have no idea I'm sure! I mean..I'm sure at this point the cost is pretty minimal to add the extra day on the front end...but just be careful not to overtire everyone on arrival day. I don't think it will mess anything up...but I'd do it earlier too and call if anything gets messed up...

Oh my gosh, I missed a few posts. The new disboards doesn't seem to send the update emails consistently. I'm thinking you're already there, right? I hope you're having a fabulous time!

I hope your luggage dilemma worked out okay. I'd be annoyed if I had to wait for the luggage, too. One year, we took our big stroller and the airline ended up checking it. So our tagged luggage got picked up by Disney, but we had to go to baggage claim for the stroller. At the end of the day, it clearly wasn't the worst thing, but it was irritating.

The DIS can be a little screwy! Ugh annoying about the stroller of I wanted to check luggage I would! It all worked out in the end it always does right?!?
