Under the number 71, about 1/2 way down the screen there is a switch.

I was wondering that too, I always skip it now.

the first time i tried #44 i just skipped it, the 2nd time i clicked something w/o putting the puzzle together and it changed screens. the 3rd time i just skipped because nothing happened again. very frustrating game...but fun...
