We know what's coming with CJ. Pretty sure it's celiac's disease, just need this confirmation. And, it should be easy to handle once we get adjusted to the diet change. He's nervous, but should be fine. From what I understand, once we make the changes, his intestines should repair themselves and he'll be perfectly fine as long as stays gluten free. No more stomach aches for months and, well, other stomach problems.

It stinks that he has to wait until 1 p.m. But I know you were able to get this appointment through a cancellation, so you take what you can get sometimes. Good luck making the diet adjustment. I'm sure it will do wonders for him.

Same as usual. I've spent the last two days hurting, particularly my right thigh muscle. It's to the point where my knee keeps giving out because the muscle is so strained. I'm going to have a serious talk with Javier about toning down the workouts a little. And he made me do that damn rower the other night. Finished 1500 meters in 7:32, which was under my 7:57 original time, but I had to stop twice and almost threw up (or passed out -- wasn't sure which). I think he needs to learn that I can't become a super model overnight.
