Just got this message after I had to send in another message to Contact Us yesterday because they closed original help request.
Hi,
We have reviewed your ban and believe it to be fair and just.
The VMK Values state that you must NOT use ANY hacking, scripting or
editing program with the game.
We're sorry but we will not be allowing you to play VMK any more.

........ Seriously? I'm the worst person in the world with computers and couldn't begin to do any of those. Then I got the stupid "We have closed your original help request, because we felt that our last email to you answered your question. If you need more help, please use the VMK Help Tool again and we will get back to you as soon as we can." email. Anyone else as lost as me?
Btw here are the two messages I sent them.
"Your response emails did not help me at all. I attempted to reply and was informed that you believe they answered my questions. They did not. I was in NO way purchasing or selling items or accounts. We received the items through Ebay in their original packaging, and immediately gave them to our friend, who is a collector of Disney items. They were part of his birthday present. He had no use for the codes, so he gave them to us. We cannot easily get down to the parks so we have to use services such as Ebay to get mechandise others can easily get from the parks. I believe this is a completely unfair ban. Please send more than a generic response back. Thank you."
That was in response to the Ebay response they sent me about buying/selling items.
"I have not entered any codes since yesterday! I sent in a form to Contact Us because two Holiday codes would not work. Before that, I had not entered codes in a few days to my knowledge. I'm completely at a lost as to where this ban comes from. Please explain. Thank you!"
That was in response to what they supposedly banned me for. Could I have been any clearer in either of these?
