But so true!!! How did your doctor feel about your weight and everything else?

I didnt even see the doctor this time.. Just the ultra sound. Thank goodness. I dont see her for 2 more weeks... so I am going to eat all the cake I can before the next appt.. Because she WILL make me stop.

I need to go for a bit and do some stuff.

Omg.. They were moving around like CRAZY! They are both head down now, and they were facing each other.. So when they moved, it looked like they were talking. I was so impressed with the lady doing it.. I couldnt tell which baby was which half the time. There were legs and hands, and digits flying.

It looked like they were dancing... or fighting. Whatever. Mikalah said they looked like aliens. They kinda did. But cute aliens. They did not stop moving at ALL. The girl was CRAZY. just like that.

OK, we wrapped up, but he's nearly home now, so I'll type fast.

His knee has been killing him this last month or so, plus for about as long, he's had a never-ending cough that started with a cold we all had back then. His doc last week put him on Prednisone for the cough (he was on the way to pneumonia), and then he began having chest pains.

So today he had an MRI on the knee, and saw a cardiologist for the heart. The MRI showed that the knee is seriously messed up, and will need serious knee surgery; he will have to be on crutches for 8 weeks, and limited mobility for 2 months after that. FABULOUS.

The cardiologist is concerned, and wanted to do a stress test, but with the condition of the knee and the pain he's in, DH just said no. So they'll look to do that. They did talk about the prednisone, because DH said the chest pain started with that. She said it's known to cause accelerated heart rate and constricted blood vessels, so very well could be a contributing factor.

Oh! He's home now, I gotta catch him before he takes off for soccer practice.

So we just talked some more. Pain-wise, he'd love to get the surgery out of the way ASAP. However... he's got stuff to wrap up at work; then starts the new stuff on 11/19. Plus the Disney trip starting 12/5, doesn't want to mess that up.

Trying to figure out if he could possibly have the knee surgery before Christmas, and have time then to recover (so missing less time from work than he would otherwise.) Of course that would be rough for the holidays, but I don't know. What can we do? There's not going to be a great solution, I don't think.

Yeah... No. There isnt going to be an easy way to go. Sounds rough.
