My lil DN just got his casts off his feet, yeah! No more toe walking!! Makes life much easier without dealing with casts.. and the questioning stares at the mall

Yes, my sis let her little boy break both of his ankles.. NOT!



He needs to wear his orthotics, they go up to his knees, until his ankles get stronger. It's hard to keep him from walking around -- but he was still wobbly from weak ankles.

The 9yo is WRESTLING with the baby. Full on. Oh MY. Alex wouldnt be walking for a MONTH.

There was one episode I saw where the kids were nightmares! I had never seen such poor and wild behavior. The eldest boy would purposely stir up trouble amongst his younger siblings to get them to fight. Then if one of them got hurt he would yell: "Mom, dad, so and so got hurt!" and he would walk away smiling.

OMG! I just posted a photo of DD's cast and there are some totally inappropriate words on it that I didn't notice before.

See this is the sort of thing that teenagers do!

I went to the dentist today. I had my tooth pulled out. The top molar on the right side. At least the pain is gone but she also did some teeth cleaning and that was torturous!!

I figured they were someone that must have been on here talking earlier. But it was very nice of them to let us know they were leaving for the night. I do believe that is someone that should come back and visit more often, seems to have a good sense of humor!

Why does my DH stand in front of me, bare his belly, push it out as far as it will go, then rub it like a pregnant woman?

She was just standing by the laundry room and I said hey I've got the camera now, let me show the girls your cast. I snapped a quick photo, loaded onto photobucket real quick...all I seen was the small photo.

I'm sort of in shock right now...well sorta in shock, but sorta not. Part of me wants to yell at her and take a giant sharpie and black it out and send her to her room and ground her for a week. But the other part of me says so what, it's just a teenager thing. I mean it's the sort of thing I used to do to my parent's just for the shock value. Not to mention that it's kinda funny. But I'm not going to let her know that I'm either shocked or think it's funny.

I'll just wait until tomorrow and calmly tell her that walking around with bad words on your cast is not really the best thing in the world to do. There, I will have said my opinion, not yelled at her and caused a week long argument, yet let her know that I think it's not really appropriate.

But in the meantime I think I'll just go take a Prozac.

Likley because he has scars on his belly, he keeps it covered even with a shirt off .. lays a blanket across it.. He's my "battle damage model" .

I would think that you will be fine if it is a molar.. Its not a front tooth or anything, so it wont be visible unless you hang you mouth way open.

My bf used to dance around and stick out his belly and smack his belly like a drum. It drove me nuts and my reaction every time was: "EWWW!! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD!!"

I don't think she's responsible for the idiotic things her friends wrote on her cast. However, I wouldn't be too thrilled about them remaining there, either.
