Talk to me about The Hulk...I've watched the POV videos, but it's hard to get a good handle on how intense it is. I'm not a huge coaster lover, but can do all the WDW coasters with no issue...how much more of a "thrill" is it compared to those? I'm trying to psych myself up for it, but I don't want to get waaay out of my league. TIA!
YEARS ago I rode Jurassic Park at Universal Hollywood. I should have paid more attention but I only saw the tail end of the hill and thought - I can do that. So i get on the ride and when we start climbing I start freaking out. I convince myself if my eyes are closed I won't even know when the drop is coming and I'll miss the first bit - and then there is the countdown 10...9... - I was REALLY freaking out now and I wasn't in the picture at all - I think I was curled up in a ball on the floor (pre-lapbars) but I honestly don't remember. I do remember every other ride the rest of the day - I would ask every person working the line and ride "Is there a drop?" Traumatized! I did try it again years later - again for the kids - and I still didn't like it - but the lapbar prevented chaos.
