The HUGE Planning Resources Thread!

This exactly what I've been searching for on this thread.
I have a portable size day-timer that I wanted to convert to a Disney planner, but wasn't sure it would work.

Thanks for posting your pics. Did it work out well on your trip?

Yay! Glad you liked it. It worked out really well- worst thing was punching holes in the sheets i printed out. I just used a blank one to put on top and used it like a template.

I used it in planning the trip at home, reviewed things on the plane, looked at it in the room. But, originally I got a small dayplanner to take it into the parks in the back pack- but we just didn't need it there. All I took into the parks was my lanyard that had a pouch attatched with my ticket and photopass cards in it and some $ and our daily plan cards with times, adr#s and ridemax plans.

Hope that helps.

It all really depends on you... I have a planner I created that has my ADR planning sheets, notes, my park maps, mousekeeping envelops, ME confirmations, party confirmations, etc. It comes with me to WDW but, then stays in the hotel room. We're just going to grab a map at the park anyway so that will have all the character greetings and times.

It's just DBF and myself so we don't really need all the bells and whistles at the parks. We really just need to know when and where we're eating that day, and what the other park hours are in case we need to get a fast getaway from an over crowded park.

I created business card size templates for each park that have park hours and event times printed on them. Also one card that has all our ADR info. I have a business card holder (one with pages, similar to a wallet picture holder) that they are all in so it's like a "Minnie" Planner. I can try to post some pics if anyone was interested.

I must say you women are awesome at this. If I had not of found this thread I would have no idea how to do my own planner. I will definitely be going to Walmart this weekend or the dollar store to find a daily planner. I have been downloading things for the last 1/2 hours. Thanks for the great ideas!

So if you use the clip art here or scrapbooking freebies, do you just print them and 3 hole punch them and make your own notebook/binder??

I'm in awe of all the talented people on here! Even in more awe that all of you are so freely sharing! Thanks!!!! I am really making use of all these planning sheets and hints! THANKS!

I also have pages for notes in the little book as well. And it's also handy for holding our KTTW cards and IDs.
