If you are trying to set up an account you need to be on a computer on Disney property and already know your username.

If you are not a former CM but a new one you will receive it on your first day of training at your location with your trainer.

I would like to revive this. What happens if you never receive a HUB account. What information is in it?

You receive your hub information during Training. You have to have it, it's how you check your schedule, request time off, view your paycheck, make cast room reservations, plus it has a wealth of other information. Every employee has a hub account no matter what.

I would like to revive this. What happens if you never receive a HUB account. What information is in it?

If you never received your username, ask a training coordinator (they wear blue shirts and black pants) or go to your location's resource center (like a mini library). They will help get you set up.

Everyone gets a hub id and password. If you dont get one then you will not be working for the company long due to not knowing your work schedule.
