AMAZING AMAZING father & son team!!!!
Dad (65) & son (44)....dad pushes disabled son's wheelchair for the entire marathon! A Boston institution!!

Over 60 marathons & over 200 triathalons.
Such love in this relationship.

I'll wipe away my tears for these 2....and stand & applaud!!!

Just amazing!

Dad used to smoke 3 packs a day. That was before his son said he felt like he had no disability at all when they "raced". That's all dad needed to hear.

And here's to all the runners of the 110th Boston Marathon.....many with stories of their own untold!!!!

I, too, have been big fans of the Hoyts since I first heard about them several years ago, while watching a show about the Ironman Triathlon. This story holds special significance for me, both as a runner myself, and as a physician who specializes in children with developmental disabilities, including cerebral palsy.

Amazing and awe-inspiring. And yes, I get choked up too when I watch them . . .
