The 'How to be a Christmas Cracker' Diet ~ Oct/Nov & Dec '11

 Once again I have STS, but I am dreading it when my zumba classes take a break over the Christmas holiday, I'm not looking forward to 3 weeks of overeating and no exercise (I would never have believed I would've thought that this time last year)

:woohoo: Well done to everyone who has lost or STS over the last week .. :woohoo:

:wizard: .. and Good Luck over the next week :wizard:

It looks like this will be my final weigh-in of the year, and I have once again STS :) It's my final zumba class of the year on Tuesday, and while I am looking forward to eating and drinking everything in sight, I know I'm going to really miss my zumba classes

:wizard: Good luck if you're still dieting, and I'll see you in the New Year :wizard:

I always forget to weigh in!

Since my last weigh in I've lost 5 pounds, which surprised me a bit! So I have reached my Christmas target and more!:goodvibes

Hopefully it won't go back on over Christmas time though!

See you in the new year!:goodvibes

Hi all

I have returned to this thread after a few months break heavier than when I left. We have had a bereavement in the family since I was last here and this has involved a lot of comfort eating and drinking. During that time I also damaged my calf muscle while I was out running so exercise has also been out, so no burning those extra calories.

Well weighing in Saturday I am now 8lbs heavier. I am starting back on my diet the week before christmas, I must be mental.

My goal remains the same and I want to lose around 10lbs, so slow steady steps towards that start now.

Steve

Forgot to say, I reached the 1st mark a few weeks back so all good now :)

 Well done Kath, keep up the good work

 So sorry to hear about the loss of a family member Steve, I can totally understand why your diet went out the window

Yes you must be mad to be starting your diet the week before Christmas :rotfl: but lots of luck for your next weigh-in :wizard:

Hi all

Maybe over the Xmas was a bad time to start as I put on 1lb this week.

Pleased that I started weighing again though as it would probably have been more if I hadn't, at least partially, controlled my eating.

I think that the homemade Cinnabons and the huge pan of broth and dumplings I made mid week didn't help :) I will post a picture of the Cinnabons when I get a chance and will also work out the Weigh Watchers points value too (I suspect it will be high).

So I will be back again Saturday to see how things are going.

11lbs to go now.

Steve
