WE have DD4 and DD2 so I think our list weill be

anything Kim Possible
Fisher Price Star Stage thing
more playdoh
maybe a Vsmile
Tumble Time Tigger
Mega Bloks Wizard of Oz set
maybe a little tykes Vanity
various Games (cranium brand ) Disney princess monopoly and a couple movies

We also have Elefun and the girls love it sometimes if the trunk isn't straight the fan has trouble blowing up the butterflies but it is a big hit here!

Does anybody have one of those ready beds? I was thinking of telling my in-laws to get the girls one mostly for when we visit them but I don't know much about them! :rolleyes1
We don't have one but we're getting one. DS's friend (they're both 4) came to spend the night with us and he brought his with him. It's great! He called it his comfy sleeping bag and my DS wanted to try it out so bad. They didn't pump it up all the way and it folded in half and fit in the trunk of my car (with the air in it) so it's easy to pick up and go.
I've been looking at them for a while and they have some that fold up into a chair/lounger thing. I think that's the kind we'll get.

don't know if it's called ready bed but it pumps up and has built in sleeping bag and can also become an odd chair.

We love them all. The Nemo is more popular because it's cute. The aero's are super fast at filling and comfy but you have to bring sleeping bags for them. They're great for hotels, sleep overs, etc.

I agree with just buying different accessories. Mine wanted that huge Lifestyle kitchen and dh refused to pay that much since dd was getting older. we ended up getting a little tikes one and I bought a few of those melissa and doug food wooden sets- they play with it all the time still. if you havent seen them here is a great website- we have the birthday cake, pizza, toaster and a sandwich set. I have found some at marshalls before but this site is comparable. Looks like they are having a kitchen sale right now and free shipping over $30. There items always ship fast and I never have had a problem with them..

I bought a few of these cakes for bday gifts last year for the girls and they were a big hit!

I would keep the Dora Kitchen. Every year my DD and DS will change their mind back and forth. So, I've learned to keep them until after Christmas and then return. It was a hard lesson one year regarding a certain toy and I had a hard time trying to find it. :teeth:

How do you return things from Santa? :confused3

Santa always leaves the special gift receipts at our house. I've always told my kids that Santa does alot of online shopping -LOL THe elves make some things but sometimes Santa needs to go shop.

I did see that wooden kitchen set at costco today by kidkraft- it is cute I have to say. it has a dishwasher and everything! ours was listed at $94 I believe.

My DD wanted the "Dream Life Plug in TV Game" and it is sold out everywhere. I went to CT to do some xmas shopping this past weekend and I got the last one at TRU. If it's that hard to find now, I'd hate to see it closer to xmas.
Hmm. They had a whole shelf of them at my TRU yesterday when I went to buy the B1G1F games. The sales lady tried to talk me into it, but I thought it looked like SIMS which my girls already have???

I picked one of these up for my DD at Walmart and got the last one too. This one might be a hard to find item.

Also the kids seem to really be back into Tamagothci this year - Both DS and DD asked for one for Xmas - When I went to Walmart to get them, they were all out. I guess I'll have to keep checking - I see that they are online at Walmart.com and Amazon.

The Dream Life Plug In TV is included in the buy one get one free at TRU. I thought it was made by tiger, but it was made by I think Parker bros. They were regularly 44.99 and I bought two. One for DD and one for Dniece. Hope you are able to find them.

Has anyone got the Fly pen yet? My DD has this on her list and I was thinking about getting her one.

I think they just came out today. I have seen a lot of accessories for it at TRU. I don't think I will be getting one for my daughter for Christmas. I want to see a little more about it. If she wants one she can save her money and I will help her buy it at her birthday.

:goodvibes Thanks for all your replies. From all your responses, I decided to keep Dora Kitchen and get more accs. I think I really want the Kitchen from costco its just to cute!! Its great to have all my christmas shopping done (for the kids anyway). The only present I have not gotten is an Ipod or MP3 player I just can"t decide w/one to get DD10?

What is the hottest toy around this year??
Is it on my list??
Oh my! Only 69 days until Christmas!!!

My DD9 won't be getting this either. It looks like a really expensive gadget. The kind of thing that everyone wants to try out on Christmas and for a few days and then gets cast aside. I've bought plenty of those gifts. I don't mind if it's something for $20 - $30 but for the price of this plus all the accessories we will definitely wait and see if it has staying power. For that price, it would need to be a favorite.

This thread has been a big help to me.

DD9 decided that she would rather have a Karaoke machine than an IPOD. A good decision, I think, since she loves music/dancing but rarely uses a walkman and headphones. She wants the music to fill the room.
I got the TRU BOGO for Dream Life and I will pick up a Pixel Chick. She loves Tomamgotchi so I think she will enjoy these.

I did get an IPOD for DH's birthday last Friday and will be getting DS20 one for Christmas.

I got the Fly pen Friday 10-14-05 @ TRU for my DD10. I'm hoping she would like it. I know she's seen it and said she thought it would be cool! By the way, TRU had those slips to purchase items and 1st I was told that it didn't come out until 10/16/05..Well, a few minutes later he (manager) said they had the okay to sell them!

I just ordered the Go Go TV and Whack-A-Mole game for my Niece (3) and Nephew (5) from Amazon. It really looks like fun, I just hope that it works as promised!
