"The Holidays"

Warm and fuzzies, absolutely. Plus, an added bonus is that we usually go to WDW in January or February so as soon as Christmas is over the countdown is usually quite close to ending!

I am absolutely WARM AND FUZZY. The holiday season is my favorite time of year. I love everything about it. I love the smells, the music, the sights, the snow, the family get-togethers, everything. I will start decorating my house right after Halloween is over. I am getting sentimental just thinking about it. Honestly, my best holiday memories have absolutely nothing to do with any presents I got.

I am surprised at so many warm and fuzzies! That is nice though.

For me ... even reading the Holidays make my stomach turn summersaults! No, not warm and fuzzie. No, not at all. The best to hope for is making it from Nov to Jan without any major disasters. I try to make it nice for my kids. I just can't wait until it is over.

I save some of my vacation days so that I only work 3 days between Thanksgiving and New Years. 18 working days to go!!

I love to even hear about people's plans, traditions, etc. And those holiday commercials??? Love them, too. I'm also one of those lunatics who gets up at the crack of dawn on Black Friday to go shopping. It's actually become a tradition for me and DD (now 18) and we look forward to it every year. It's not that I even get great bargains, it's just the fun of it.

I love the "seasonal" foods in the grocery stores. I love the holiday movies and shows that only come on around this time of year. I think everyone acts a little kinder, more caring even.

This is so "our family". We travel because of the attitudes of people this time of year!!!
