Some DVD players are different, so try this -

On your DVD remote, Hit "1", "1", "enter", "3", "enter", "8", "enter"

If your DVD remote has a "select" button, instead of an "enter" button...use that.

Hope this will make it work for you. DS had to try several different ways before he finally got it to work.
