how many are there to find?
why would one want to find it?
what do u get if/when you find it?
how did it become a 'thing to do'?

I guess the signifigance is because its Tom Sawyers Island and about them painting the fence etc.
I dont know how many there are... maybe 2 or 3
You want it because they give you a fast pass like ticket to go to the front of the line for I think splash or thunder mountain
When you find it you bring it to a cm
Word of mouth made it "the thing to do"

My DS found one over on the crates and barrels facing Haunted Mansion. He was SO EXCITED to finally get one. Splash Mountain was down for a quicky cleaning and he doesn't like rollercoasters, so he decided to keep the certificate as a remembrance of the day.
