I've only left the eastern time zone once and that was years ago when we went to Kansas City, but that was only one hour difference, three hours would knock me off my rocker

I live in Pacific, where it's a two hour difference, so when we went to california, most nights we went to bed around 8:30 pm, because it was equivalent to 10:30 pm back home.

I've been to California twice before, and the first few days sucked when I kept waking up at 8:00 EST.

I've also been to the central time zone before, but since that was only an hour it wasn't so bad.
