and i KNOW it's irrational because all this was brought on because they're in a picture together on facebook and hanging out without me AND THAT'S ONLY BECAUSE THEY LIVE ON CAMPUS AND I DONT SO I WOULDN'T BE THERE ANYWAYS but at same time my feelings of inadequacy and low self-esteem is translating that into "see they don't even like you anyway" and is what leads me to sabotaging like 99% of my friendships and i really really don't want that to happen this year
